Prokaiwaの英会話サービス利用に関する規約

サービス利用規約

Prokaiwaのサービスをご利用になることにより、本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。当社のサービスには、LINEメッセージアプリおよびビデオ通話を通じて提供される英会話レッスンが含まれており、日本のユーザーが英語コミュニケーションスキルを向上させることを目的としています。

サブスクリプションプラン

月額サブスクリプション

• プランA（LINEプラクティスプラン）、C1（パワーパックLite）、C2（パワーパックPro）は、キャンセルされない限り自動的に更新される月額サブスクリプションです。
• サービスは支払い確認後すぐに開始されます。
• 請求は、初回サブスクリプションと同じ日付で毎月行われます。
• キャンセルは、次回の請求日の少なくとも3日前までにLINEまたはメールでリクエストする必要があります。

単発レッスン

• プランB（1対1ビデオレッスン）は個別購入で、自動更新されません。各レッスンは、当社のCalendly予約システムを通じてスケジュールする必要があります。

支払いと請求

• 支払い方法: Stripeを通じて安全に処理されるクレジットカード支払いを受け付けています。
• 処理: 支払いは購入確認後すぐに処理されます。
• 価格: すべての価格は日本円（¥）で表示され、適用される税金が含まれます。

キャンセルおよび返金ポリシー

• キャンセル: 月額サブスクリプションは、次回の請求日の少なくとも3日前までにLINEまたはメール（prokaiwa.english@gmail.com）で当社に連絡することによりキャンセルできます。
• 返金: 返金は、サービス提供が開始される前に限り可能です。レッスンが開始された後、または教材が提供された後は、原則として返金は行いません。
• 日割り計算での返金: サービスの一部月に対する日割り計算での返金は行っておりません。

サービス提供

• LINEレッスン: 毎日のプロンプトとフィードバックはLINEメッセージングアプリケーションを通じて提供されます。
• ビデオレッスン: 予約時に合意されたビデオ通話アプリケーションを通じて実施されます。
• スケジューリング: ビデオレッスンおよびパワーパックサービスは、当社のCalendlyシステムを通じて事前予約が必要です。

ユーザーの責任

Prokaiwaサービスのユーザーとして、以下のことに同意するものとします：

• 登録および予約時に正確な情報を提供すること。
• レッスン提供のためにLINEアプリにアクセスできること。
• ビデオレッスン中に適切な行動を維持すること。
• スケジュールされたレッスンに時間通りに出席することでインストラクターの時間を尊重すること。
• 技術的な問題や懸念事項があれば速やかに当社に通知すること。

サービスの可用性

Prokaiwaは中断のないサービス提供に努めますが、技術的な問題、メンテナンス、または当社の制御を超える状況によるサービスの中断について責任を負いません。計画的なメンテナンスや重大なサービス中断については、ユーザーに合理的な努力をもって通知します。

責任の制限

Prokaiwaの責任は、当該サービスに対して支払われた金額に限定されます。当社は、当社のサービスの使用から生じる間接的、偶発的、または結果的な損害について責任を負いません。

規約の変更

当社は、本利用規約をいつでも変更する権利を留保します。変更があった場合は、このページに更新された発効日とともに掲載します。変更後も引き続き当社のサービスを利用する場合、新しい規約に同意したものとみなされます。

Terms and conditions for using Prokaiwa's English conversation services

Service Agreement

By using Prokaiwa's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Our services include English conversation lessons delivered through LINE messaging app and video calls, designed to help Japanese users improve their English communication skills.

Subscription Plans

Monthly Subscriptions

• Plans A (LINE Practice Plan), C1 (Power Pack Lite), and C2 (Power Pack Pro) are monthly recurring subscriptions that automatically renew unless cancelled.
• Service begins immediately after payment confirmation.
• Billing occurs monthly on the same date as your initial subscription.
• Cancellation must be requested via LINE or email at least 3 days before your next billing date.

One-time Lessons

• Plan B (1-on-1 Video Lessons) are purchased individually and do not auto-renew. Each lesson must be scheduled through our Calendly booking system.

Payment and Billing

• Payment Methods: We accept credit card payments processed securely through Stripe.
• Processing: Payments are processed immediately upon purchase confirmation.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (¥) and include applicable taxes.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation: Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled by contacting us via LINE or email (prokaiwa.english@gmail.com) at least 3 days before your next billing date.
• Refunds: Refunds are available only before service delivery begins. Once lessons have started or materials have been delivered, no refunds will be provided.
• Pro-rated Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months of service.

Service Delivery

• LINE Lessons: Daily prompts and feedback are delivered through the LINE messaging application.
• Video Lessons: Conducted through video calling applications as agreed upon during booking.
• Scheduling: Video lessons and Power Pack services require advance booking through our Calendly system.

User Responsibilities

As a user of Prokaiwa services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration and booking.
• Have access to LINE app for lesson delivery.
• Maintain appropriate conduct during video lessons.
• Respect instructor time by attending scheduled lessons punctually.
• Notify us of any technical issues or concerns promptly.

Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, Prokaiwa is not liable for service interruptions due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance or significant service disruptions.

Limitation of Liability

Prokaiwa's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
